I served asmbb with Rwasa, when I continuously click on a link to homepage (abc.com/), after 10-20 clicks, a HTTP 400 error will display.

This will not happened with nginx server.

My guess is AsmBB send some empty request to rwasa in some cases so 400 error will return, source: web server software (rwasa) considers requests that do not contain the Host: HTTP header to be bad requests, so it is rightfully returning the 400 error to uptimerobot. (need confirm)
