Well, I just uploaded the next implemented feature - editing of the thread title and tags.

The thread title and tags can be edited by the author of the first post in the thread - he is the thread owner. If the author or the administrator delete the first post of the thread, the owner becomes the second post author and so on.

If the user have rights to edit the thread title and tags, there is a button next to the thread title.
